Forks were completely serviced fresh oil, new seals, new boots

Shock was professionally rebuilt (meaning it was sent out to a suspension specialist)

Fenders & Side Panels are new. I have the oem side panels which I prefer to the repros they may go with the bike. They are "like new"

Engine had good compression so it was not touched the bike had very little use from it's original owner.

One ebayer did tell me that he believes the engine is a 1980 PE 175 engine. That doesn't make any sense to me for a few reasons, but I

The bike was completely disassembled down to the frame all bearings were cleaned and regreased, specifically the rear suspension.

All suspension components were taken apart, cleaned, painted, etc.

Few other items to mention, as I've been getting lots of different questions;

The shock was rebuilt by a dirt bike suspension specialist

Forks rebuilt new oil, seals, boots, wheel bearings

Chain should be replaced only thing I never got to.

Lights work front and rear, as well as Hi/Lo for headlight

Engine was never touched, as the bike was a very low use bike. I will say that one ebayer, who seems well informed, said

the engine is a 1980 PE175. That makes no sense to me, but it may, in fact, be true.

All suspension components completely taken apart, cleaned and re greased with Bel Ray waterproof grease.

On Oct 22 09 at 09:06:26 PDT, seller added the following information:

The bike has had zero miles since all the work was done, I was tinkering with the carb and jetting because the bike seemed to be running rich and it was a bit wet out, so that's why there's some dirty rain water splatter under the rear fender.

I have a few spare parts that I haven't listed on ebay just small items; I'll send those along with the bike.

My original plan was to just "have" this bike and never ride it same with the IT200 I restored I've never ridden it, but also came to the conclusion that it's foolish to have it and not ever ride it. Short story long, I ended up putting gas in the tank and no surprise the tank decals have bubbled. Simply no way around this, though that depends on who you ask.

I do have replacement NOS "SUZUKI" decals for the tank those go with the bike I also have replacement "FULL FLOATER" decals for the swingarm the originals were still quite nice, so I left them on; The swingarm decals will most likely go with the bike.

In regards to the jetting, I have a spare carb that I just spent I just spent $130 on getting redone new needle, etc. That carb will also, most likely, go with the bike. The bike is about as turnkey as you can get, and I don't want any final jetting issues to be a hassle for the new owner. The carb is worth at least $100 not including the $130 I just spent!

Auction may end at any time, as the bike is also advertised locally.

On Oct 25 09 at 13:01:54 PDT, seller added the following information:

If you are a serious bidder, I suggest you pick this up: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW 1980 1981 1982 Suzuki CDI ignition box RS PE 175cc W0QQitemZ230390317051QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotorcycles Parts Accessories?hash=item35a4553ffb

Bike is fine, but these are hard to come by, no longer available from Suzuki, and very rare in NEW condition, and the price is MORE than

reasonable. If the PE stays with me I'M gonna buy it!
