Built from the ashes of a 750 S3 that that crashed in the mid 70's when the bike was nearly new. The bike sat as a crashed bike for a year or two and was then sold. The man who bought it started acquiring the pieces to reassemble it. The bike was subsequently updated with the engine and frame of a new 850 T3. I was told that the bike has a 992cc kit. I have never verified that, but the bike is much stronger than any 750, for sure. It may have a lightened flywheel, I'll have to check on that. Agostini Breather System. Agostini Timing Gear Set. Valeo Starter. It has a German, or Swiss made oil filter re-locator kit which puts the oil filter out the back of the oil pan, not down on the bottom. Lights work. Has English Dip Headlight. Speedometer is in km/h (mileage is 8,932 km) and I believe the mileage is correct for the time since it was put together. Has Electronic Ignition. K&N Filters. I don't have a steering dampener on it at the moment because I couldn't find a correct one. May have other internal parts that I am not aware of. I think almost everything on it is correct for a 750 S3. The bike has never been jetted properly for my altitude. It came from England. An Air Force guy brought it over. I have ridden it twice in the last 8 years. Moving on to other things. Since I never really rode it, I didn't really care, but it was always rich. It has sat inside for the last 10 years. When riding the bike, it was actually faster to 100 than a friend's 850 LeMans. The paint isn't perfect, there are a couple chips here and there. The tank cover is not included.
