Great winter project. 65 Honda Super Hawk CB77. Runs and drives but needs restoration. Complete, unmolested example of an early "muscle bike". Original mufflers still on bike and in good shape. Not dents or rust through on them and these alone are very hard to find. Original mirrors, seat, maybe even the tires? They hold air, and I driven around on them, but they have some cracking on the sidewalls. After market grab bar. New points, plugs, air filters, condenser, carbs cleaned and rebuilt, timing and valves set, timing chain adjusted, fresh oil change. Headlight (high and low beam) works,as does the horn and brake light. No leaks. Bike starts easily and runs well but will need battery, no kick starter. Tank was cleaned and sealed although the coating appears to be peeling off the inside. This bike sat for about 25 years before I got it. It still has the "81 82" PA state inspection sticker on the rear fender. Speedometer reads 97000 miles which I'm sure is incorrect. For some reason the previous owner had the front wheel on backwards and the speedometer worked. I turned the wheel around and installed it properly, and the speedo now runs backwards. I don't think the speedo is correct for this year bike, and he turned the wheel around so it would work. Be prepared to puts some work into it, but you'll be rewarded a unique, fun to drive motorcycle. Look at the pictures and ask questions. I will not crate and ship. Buyer responsible for pick up. Owners manual and shop manual also included. Clear PA title in hand.
