This vehicle was seized by our Police Department following an arrest on 11/19/2008 and is now being sold in as-is condition. It was being driven at the time of arrest. Vehicle was privately owned so we are not able to certify its condition. This vehicle is not able to be driven by us for any length of time that will enable us to comment on its reliability. No guarantees are implied or given on current or future mechanical problems or condition. This vehicle was awarded to us on 06/17/2009, it had been sitting inside our police garage since then. We put in a new Interstate battery and the bike started right up with no unusual noises or smoke. There is a small scratch on the front fender and the round instrument cluster underneath the speedometer is loose, otherwise everything else looks real good. We only have one key and there are no manuals. Winning bidder is required to make a $200.00 (non-refundable deposit) in certified funds two business days of auction end and balance is due within 10 business days of auction end and may be picked up when funds clear. PAY PAL IS NOT ACCEPTED. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Vehicle has a clear title which will transfer to the highest bidder. If you have any questions about the vehicle please ask before bidding.
